According to the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Ayatollah Ra’isi, following his provincial trip to Fars, visited the General Directorate of Documents and Property Registration of this province in an unannounced manner.
At the beginning of his arrival, he listened to the statements of a number of clients and considered their requests and issued the necessary orders.
The head of the judiciary attended various sections of the General Directorate to assess how to serve the client.
He further inquired about the latest status of the implementation of the important cadastral plan in Fars province, in which the director general of the registry of documents and properties of this province announced explanations in this regard and said: 20% of national lands have been stabilized in the cadastral plan.
The head of the judiciary had a face-to-face conversation with the staff of the General Directorate of Real Estate and Deeds Registration in Fars and reviewed the status of the measures taken.
He asked the staff of this unit how to register documents and emphasized on developing the use of electronic expressions to advance affairs.
Ayatollah Ra’isi also inspected the situation of the detainees’ notaries, and an employee of the unit suggested to the head of the judiciary that a plan be made to detain the detainees in the same courts.
The head of the judiciary, emphasizing the correctness of this proposal, stressed the need to move quickly in the direction of facilitating the affairs of the people and said: there should be expertise in the judiciary, legal aid and the document detention office; That is, a complete package of all the actions that serve the judge and provide judicial services to the people. This can facilitate the work of the people and should be implemented.
Ayatollah Ra’isi, in response to a report by an employee of the General Directorate on the complete physical removal of registration files and their scanning, said that scanning documents is one of the best steps taken in registering Persian documents.
Gholam Hossein Ismaili, head of the Judiciary, and Hojjatoleslam and Muslimeen Mousavi, head of Fars province’s judiciary, accompanied Ayatollah Reisi on the visit.
