The head of the judicial system stated: We must turn these disturbances into an opportunity and fix our managerial weaknesses and not allow the enemy to have a negative effect on the minds and thoughts of a range of society, especially the youth.

The head of the judiciary stated that there are two demands at the society level regarding dealing with elements active in riots, and said: one demand is rightly raised by different groups of people regarding the application of heavy punishment to the criminals of the recent cases, and the other demand is that this The rioters are deceived and we should release them and not punish them; With all these interpretations and these two different views, the criterion of the judiciary in facing disturbing elements is justice and fairness and the law; We do not get excited and neglectful in this regard and we act carefully and quickly based on legal standards.

The head of the Judiciary stated: Those who disturbed people’s security and hindered people’s business, drew razors on people, disrespected sacred things, assaulted the lives and property of community members, and pulled veils from women’s heads. They should definitely be dealt with decisively and strictly and legally, and we are responsible before God, the law and the people in this regard.

The head of the judicial system clarified: Those who committed crimes in recent cases and martyred and injured the defenders of people’s security, set fire to people’s property, and burned the Quran, cannot be forgiven or forgiven, and showing mercy to them is injustice to the people. ; Therefore, our emphasis is that there is no room for reconciliation for the main elements and causes of the recent disturbances.
