According to the Mehr news agency, quoting the information base of the President, Hojjatoleslam Seyed Ibrahim Ra’isi on Thursday evening in the second session of the High Employment Council, which was formed shortly after the first session of the council, thanked the efforts of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare and others. “There are many areas and capacities for job creation in the country, and if they are activated, the employment problem will be solved,” said the executive apparatus to increase employment statistics in recent months.

He stressed: “If the capacities of the government are placed next to the private sector and revolutionary institutions, the creation of more than one million jobs per year is not out of reach.”

The President added: “Semi-finished projects are among the capacities that can be completed in addition to creating employment, which can both attract stray capital and create employment directly and indirectly.” If we want to rely solely on government resources to complete half-finished projects, these projects may not be completed for decades to come, but attracting public investment can bring all of these projects to fruition in a short period of time.

Hojjatoleslam Ra’isi, referring to the goal of 8% economic growth for 1401, said: “According to the plans, 4.5% of this growth should be achieved through investment.” To attract investment first, we must focus on attracting domestic capital so that foreign capital also tends to enter the country.

He reiterated that job creation is not the sole responsibility of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare: “All executive bodies and public institutions must feel a duty and responsibility to create jobs, and executive bodies and governorates must be part of the complex.” In charge of pursuing and implementing employment creation policies.

The President said that dealing with people who complain about the unemployment of their children is particularly painful for human beings, noting: “Despite the abundant and impressive potential for job creation in the country, it is not fair to face such a statistic of unemployment in the country.”

Hojjatoleslam Ra’isi said: “All agencies should shorten the time of decision-making and decision-making to create employment and try to solve the employment problem in a revolutionary and jihadist way by integrating with the country’s institutions.”

He called on various agencies to review their performance in the year of “Production, Support and Obstacles” in practice to meet the requirements of this slogan, and added: Count and see how they can be compensated in the remaining 3 months of 1400.

The President also called for the strict implementation of laws passed by the Islamic Consultative Assembly to facilitate and improve the business environment, saying that the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare with all agencies that have the capacity to create jobs, including the private sector and especially construction mobilization Hold a meeting. We need to give more space to the private sector than ever before and, as a government, focus solely on playing the role of support, guidance and oversight, and amend the law wherever necessary.

Emphasizing that no one in the country should be deprived of employment due to the lack of a guarantor, Hojjatoleslam Ra’isi added: “Launching a comprehensive job search system that has started operating today can be a good platform for employers and job seekers to interact, but one must be very careful.” Let the activity of this system be a promising movement and people will not be disappointed with it after a while.
