Paying attention to the employment of clients is the most important concern of the managers of the prisons organization

According to Fars News Agency, Seyed Heshmatollah Hayat Al-Ghayeb, in a meeting honoring and introducing the financial and administrative deputy of Tehran prisons, referring to the size, capital and criminal population of the province, said: Wisdom, ethics and law are the three main pillars of management. Service in the trenches of correction and training should be the top priority of our services.

The director general of Tehran prisons said: “Serving in the corridor of correction and education is a divine success that has been installed for us and we should use this opportunity to improve the quality of correctional, educational and welfare programs for our clients.”

Addressing the deputies and the heads present at the meeting, he said: “In order to improve the Islamic prison guard system, the most important concern of a successful manager in the prisons organization is to pay attention to correctional and educational affairs, employment and vocational training, health and treatment of clients.” Wisdom, ethics and rule of law are the three main pillars of management and according to the type of service in the trenches of correction and education, should be the headline of our services.

The Director General of Tehran Prisons, while appreciating the efforts of Mehdi Mohammadi during his tenure as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Tehran Prisons, said: The head of the judiciary inspected other officials and established a penitentiary in which civil rights were granted to socially disadvantaged women caught in the criminal cycle. And women as well as the happy return to society received more attention.

Referring to the emphasis and transformation plans of the Prisons Organization in the new management period, he stated: This province is different from other provinces due to its capital, size, immigration and criminal population, and its administrative and financial affairs are also of great importance. And while paying attention to the training of staff in this area, sufficient care should be taken in allocating budgets for health, treatment and nutrition of prisoners so that no shortage is felt.

In the end, Asghar Fathi was given the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer by the Director General of Tehran Prisons.

The ruling states: In line with effective policies to increase productivity and strengthen administrative and financial discipline, the use of collective wisdom and the maximum participation of stakeholders and special efforts in advancing organizational goals, is expected to be formulated. Operational plans to maintain and protect the treasury and optimal savings by applying reasonable measures in current expenses in performing the assigned tasks, by putting scientific and strategic principles in attracting the required resources, providing livelihood and welfare of employees and observing cost-effectiveness and It is advisable to make sufficient efforts to maintain and properly use the Muslim treasury.

Mehdi Mohammadi was also appointed as an advisor to the head of the country’s prison and security and training organization and in charge of special follow-up.
