The Attorney General continued: The transformation plan in the courts was compiled and submitted to the head of the judiciary; My request today is that this plan be put on the agenda so that we can witness a change in the courts.

He said that the head of the judiciary, in addition to the attribute of transformation, has also added the attribute of excellence to the reform structure of the judiciary, he said: It is necessary and necessary for the implementation of the policies of the courts.

He added: “Some of the orders and demands of the head of the judiciary were also related to creating a change and review in the structure of the judiciary.” For example, our judicial decisions in the courts are one of the influential components that we need experienced prosecutors to enforce these judicial decisions.

The Attorney General said that the prosecutors of the provincial capitals should have more interaction with the judiciary and executive officials, adding that the type of synergy and interaction and cooperation with the executive apparatus is important in advancing the goals of judges and law enforcement.

He added: “Today’s situation in the country requires that the necessary measures be taken by prosecutors in areas outside the judiciary.”

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Montazeri stated: We must help the government in producing and increasing it in the society and in implementing economic reform policies. Increasing production and related issues is not in the scope of work and duties of the prosecutor but To solve the economic problems of the people, the government demands that the judiciary come to the fore.

He added: “We must help the government and the executive apparatus to provide welfare and comfort to the people.” The situation in the country requires us to enter the issue with a greater sensitivity.

The Attorney General added: The prosecutors of the provincial centers have the responsibility to use experienced prosecutors with the necessary experience to implement their programs at the county level.

Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Montazeri said: “Monitoring the performance of prosecutors in the province should be increased more than before.”

The Attorney General emphasized: The prosecutors of the provincial centers should investigate all the issues that have occurred in the cities by employing a special deputy in the province, and the transfer of incidents and cases that occur in the cities should be emphasized to the special deputy by the prosecutors of the provincial centers. .

He added: “At this point in time, monitoring the performance of city prosecutors should be strengthened.”

Montazeri further seriously requested the present prosecutors to hold a meeting of synergy and serious cooperation with the officials of the Government Penitentiary Organization in the center of the province and the relevant city upon their return to their provinces.

“We have a lot of laws and just reading the law is not enough because we have to discuss the law in addition to reading it,” the attorney general said, adding that it is our duty to update the judiciary.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Montazeri continued: Of course, the education that we should have at the level of courts should not be of the type of high school and university education and should be considered in accordance with the working conditions, experiences and duties of judges.

Referring to the living problems of judicial staff, he stressed: “We are trying to reduce the problems in this area.”

The Attorney General stated that dealing with disruptive factors in economic issues should be as everyone expects, adding that there should be interaction between the directors of the Ministry of Economy, the Government Penitentiary Organization and the prosecutor’s office of the provincial capitals so that different officials can have full nobility. Sardar Ashtari continued the meeting by stating that the cost of crime in the country is low, said: We have criminals with a history who are not afraid of the consequences of crime, so the cost of crime in the country is low and the legislature should amend some laws.

“At the moment, we do not have legal issues for some issues, and the police force must have legal support for its actions,” said the country’s police chief.

“Different bodies play a role in crime prevention, so some laws need to be amended in this area,” Ashtari said.

The government will continue the previous path until it reaches a reliable mechanism to eliminate the preferred currency of wheat and medicine.
