Referral of the case of disclosure of bar exam questions to the prosecutor’s office

According to Fars News Agency, Zabihullah Khodaeian, the spokesman of the Judiciary, today, in response to a question regarding the disclosure of the questions of the Bar Association exam in 1999 and the measures taken in this regard, stated: The lawyers were summoned and the protection and information of the judiciary filed a case in this regard. There were apparently violations during the test.

He added: “This case has been referred to the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of Tehran and it is being investigated that, God willing, when all the accused are identified, the report will be informed.”

The 1399 bar exam was held on July 16, 1400, after several delays due to the corona outbreak. However, after the test, there were whispers of disclosure of the test questions, which were denied by the officials of the bar associations.
