Sometimes a person gets tired of everything around him, or in other words, gets away from everyone and does not find anyone who can take refuge in him or take comfort from him, in such cases, only God can be the refuge of man. Although God is always there, we may forget His presence, but in many cases, especially in times of trouble.

There are various recitations of the Holy Quran and according to the narrations of the Imams for the peace of our souls, which have extraordinary effects. If a person knows, he will never give up on them. This means that dhikr can be effective for the peace of mind of the human being so that he can focus and overcome problems.

We refer to some of these dhikrs and Quranic verses:

1- حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ

Verse 173 of Surah Al-Imran “Alzyn fireproof lahum of People Clamping Height Jmva you to fast Fakhshvhm Fzadhm Ymana Vqalva sufficient for us, God Vnm Wakil / verse 173 of Surah Al ‘Imran: the believers because the people (hypocrites) said to them, an army much against you faithful provided “Be mindful of them and beware of them, (this propaganda) increase their faith and say:” Only God is sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs. ” Is.

This verse can be effective for times when we feel a lot of fear and anxiety. It is narrated from Imam Muhammad Baqir (AS) when the Prophet (PBUH) sent Ali and Ammar to the people of Mecca. The people said to the Prophet (PBUH): Why did you send this young man to them and the people frightened these two people from the people of Mecca and told them that something important had been done to them.

Imam Ali (AS) used to say: “By God and the blessings of the guardian; God is sufficient for us and he will be the best lawyer for us.” They informed their messenger with Ali (AS) and these verses were revealed. It was revealed that on the second day of the Uhud campaign, a call was made among the Muslims and they answered him. did.

Imam Sadiq (as) also said: “I wonder who is afraid and does not take refuge in the words of God,” We are accountable to God and the grace of the advocate. ” Therefore, both movement and effort are necessary, as well as faith and trust in God:

2- “There is no god but You, Glory be to You, if you were of the oppressors.”

The second dhikr (verse 87 of Surah Anbiya: There is no deity except You, your sanctuary, for I was one of the wrongdoers). It is famous for mentioning Younesia and is very useful for times of sadness and heartache. It has been narrated from the Prophet (PBUH) that this prayer is the great name of God, which will be answered if God is called to it. The great men of ethics and mysticism also emphasize the continuance of saying this dhikr, especially while prostrating.

The mention of Younesia has been narrated to save from sorrow and to meet the need, which is effective. Seyyed Ali Ghazi Tabatabai, a Shiite scholar and mystic, has been advised to mention Younisiyeh four hundred times. It is also narrated from Sayyid Abdul Karim Razavi Kashmiri that the best thing for a seeker is prostration in which the mention of Younesia is mentioned. After each prayer, he recommended mentioning Younisya 40 times in prostration for forty (40 days) to make up for the needs.

Ayatollah Ansari Hamedani says: Mentioning Younesieh for the seeker is like fuel for a car. It is also narrated from Allameh Tabatabai, a student of Ayatollah Ghazi, that the first order given by Ayatollah Ghazi was to mention Younesi, who was to be recited in prostration at a specific time for a year.

3- Giving orders to God, that God sees with worship.

Verse 44 of Surah Al-Ghafar: Do not mention what we say to you and grant you a command to God, that Allah will take away what you want to say (for what you want to say to you, and tell me what you want to say to you. I leave my work and burden to God and I refer. God sees the servants (and watches over their thoughts, words, and deeds).

This verse is effective for times when you want God to thwart the tricks of others against you. Imam Sadegh says: I wonder how someone who has been deceived and deceived, how can he not take refuge in this word of God “and the best of command is to God, God is the Seer of worship” ?! For I have heard the great God say after this, “So God protected him from the evils of their deceit.”

In the interpretation of this verse, it is also stated that after God punishes the extravagant hell in the previous verses, in his last speech, he raises this verse with a meaningful threat.

4- Mashallah, do not talk about anything but God Almighty

For the times when you want beauty in the world and you also want to be safe from wounds. Imam Sadegh (AS) has said: I wonder how a person who is afraid of four things does not take refuge in four words!

I wonder how a person who seeks the world and the beauties of the world does not take refuge in the remembrance of “Mashaallah La Quwa al-Ballah”, because God has said after the remembrance: He said: “If you know me less than your property and children, I hope God will give me better than your garden.”

So, for a person who is sad and also has wealth that he wants to be safe from the wound, he can take refuge in this verse. God also says in Surah Anbiya, verse 88, that: “We have saved from sorrow and thus we will save the believers.”

So when someone prays and after he prays, he should say: We are the will of God to change and not the power except with God; “What God wanted was non-existent and not an ability, except to God,” may God Almighty say that my servant gave in to death and left his command to me and obeyed my command, fulfill his need.

Jamil narrated from Imam Ja’far Sadegh (AS) who said: I heard the Imam say: “What God willed was non-existent, not an ability, except to God. May God turn away from him seventy kinds of calamities, the easiest of which is the drowning.” I said: I will sacrifice you! What is choking? He said: “It does not become complicated or unhealthy and sick because of the dimples and like it rises on the limb.”

5- Mentioning a lot of Salawat

According to Ayatollah Fateminia, in a house where there is a lot of recitation of Salawat, send a lot of Salawat in your homes and with your family members. Whenever you are unemployed, send Salawat that will ward off sorrow and grief. There are problems, but by mentioning Salawat, many ways are paved.
