SNAP discount in order to accompany all its users across the country

According to Fars – Last week, following the refueling disruption across the country, Snap’s intelligent pricing system faced a sudden price increase in some cases due to the imbalance between supply and travel demand. Although the disruption was unpredictable and out of Snap’s control, the system decided to offer a 20% discount code to appease its users across the country. This discount includes users who traveled with Snap from 12 noon to 7 pm on November 25 and incurred a higher cost than the previous days.

Explaining SNAP’s efforts to manage the crisis in the country’s transportation sector, Mohammad Khalaj, CEO of SNAP, said: Demand increased dramatically, and as a result, SNAP’s intelligent pricing system naturally reacted to changes in travel cost factors. For this reason, in some trips, we encountered occasional price increases. “At this time, Snap’s crisis management team met quickly, and the first step was to be able to control prices manually.”

Khalaj added: “In this phase of SNAP’s crisis management measures, on November 25, we allocated a budget from the company’s resources for driver incentive schemes so that we can encourage more driver users to provide services. “Our swift action in this phase helped bring prices to a balanced level and ensure that citizens were transported well.”

The CEO of SNAP mentioned about the exemption plan from the commission of this system: “On Wednesday, November 26, there was still a problem with refueling and it was a working day on the weekend and we had to check the courier requests. To this end, we decided to pass the company commission to help organize the transportation of citizens. “From 12 noon on Wednesday to 12 pm, the commission received by SNAP in Tehran was reduced by more than 50%, and we also had incentive plans.”

Khalaj, noting that the special incentive plan for drivers continued until the end of the refueling crisis, added about the company’s actions to accompany passengers: Following this accompaniment, we decided to consider a special discount in the next phase of our measures for passenger users who incurred excess costs in their trips in the early hours of the gas refueling disruption. “Therefore, we offered a 20% discount to users who traveled to Tehran on Tuesday (November 25, 1400) from 12 noon to 6 pm.”

Mohammad Khalaj, CEO of SNAP, referring to the allocation of a global discount code for SNAP users, said: For the benefit of the people and taking into account the interests of each group of our users. As the CEO of SNAP, I consider myself responsible for all the users who were concerned about their commuting in the early hours of the price increase, and to appease our users, we have offered a nationwide discount for all people, which will start on Tuesday, November 25, from 12 noon. They traveled with Snap from noon to 7 pm and incurred more expenses than the previous days. “Details of this discount will be communicated to users via SMS.”

In the end, Khalaj said about the expectations of this system from the relevant agencies and organizations: “We always try to be able to have an effective share as an auxiliary arm of the urban transportation sector in the country. “We expect the relevant agencies and organizations to give us the opportunity with more support and interaction so that the internet taxi pricing system can play an important role in regulating the market and ultimately provide the quality and appropriate service for our users.”
