Stating that the martyrs dispelled the ignorance of the society, the head of the judiciary added: The awakening that has been created in the region today is thanks to the pure blood of the oppressed martyrs in Kurdistan and instead of the Islamic homeland and the blood that is connected to Tharullah.

Ayatollah Raisi pointed out that this holy soil has a message and a message, and clarified: The message of this rosy soil, which has manifestations of sacrifice and martyrdom, is standing and resistance, preserving the values ​​of the Islamic Revolution and serving the people of this region.

He continued: Managers at all times, with all the mechanisms they have, should know that their most important honor is to serve the people and untangle the work of the people, and this is the greatest medal that has been given to all the servants to serve the people that they have. They defended the country and homeland and the values ​​of the Islamic Revolution.

Ayatollah Raeesi emphasized that the economy in this region should be activated in various fields so that we do not only see the unemployment of local youths but also provide employment opportunities for other people from other places, he said: This province has this capacity and It is possible to activate this capacity with management and follow-up.

The head of the Judiciary reminded: Material reserves, especially efficient and educated manpower, can make the economic wheels of this province more active.

Referring to the situation of fuel smuggling in the border areas, he noted: If there is a need for fuel in the neighboring country, it should be done in a way that both the fuel needed by that country is provided, the fuel is given at the real price and the economic situation of the people. The head of the Judiciary pointed out the issue of citizenship rights and added: Citizenship rights are a right that God Almighty has granted to all citizens, including Kurds, Turks, Baloch, Fars, and Lors, and the responsibility of the authorities is to support and defend and protect this. It is a God-given right that no one should waste.

Pointing out that the protection of these rights should be on the agenda, Ayatollah Raisi reminded: In the judicial system, we have a citizen’s rights council, which has also been activated during this period, and people in different departments have been sent to detention centers, detention centers, prosecutors’ offices and courts. They are done so that no one’s rightful time is wasted.

He emphasized: “In the judiciary, we consider defending public rights and citizens’ rights as one of our serious duties, and we believe that no one has the right to violate the rights of citizens and public rights.”

Emphasizing that the environment is everyone’s right, the Head of the Judiciary said: Kurdistan province has very valuable attractions and environment and the preservation of these important national capitals (water, soil and air) belongs to the whole nation and in no way should these be violated. No one’s zone and no stream is allowed.

Ayatollah Raisi added: Economic development is dependent on protecting the environment. The constitution dictates that if a factory wants to be set up, it must first be checked whether the environment is in danger or not, and the environment must be preserved and not endangered. A factory and production complex is very valuable; But it should not be at the cost of endangering the environment.

He stated that protecting the environment is the defense of public rights and one of the issues that everyone is responsible for. He said: the government, officials and managers, and the judicial system have a duty in this regard, and in this period we also announced that this issue is one of our priorities. will be.

The Head of the Judiciary added: The issue of resolving hostilities through the code of leadership and white beard is rooted in Iran’s national culture, religion, Islam and Sharia and in this region. Ayatollah Raeesi emphasized: local disputes, family disputes, issues such as trading in the market can be resolved through the Code of Khudamanshi, and bringing these cases to the judiciary has no meaning, and if there is no way to resolve these cases, they should be raised in the judiciary. .

He continued: The issue of unity and maintaining cohesion, not being influenced by the enemy’s insinuations and the doubts created by the enemy, is one of the most important issues in this region.

Ayatollah Raisi said: Today it is very important to know the type of tricks of the enemy.

He added: The noble martyrs of the Muslim Peshmerga, Mujahideen, Basij and brave men from all over Islamic Iran, and in a very beautiful way, Muhajir and Ansar in this region, died together for the values ​​of the Islamic Revolution and did not allow the issue of discord to succeed in the region. It is very important to become more familiar with the enemy’s tricks, religious foundations and Islamic values, and the type of takfiri and deviant thinking, and this familiarity should be more than ever today.

Ayatollah Raisi continued: Kurdistan society has a cultural people whose symbol is crystallized in poetry, prose, art and their standing and resistance, the most important cultural manifestations of which is standing in front of the enemy.
