The important point in this context was the need to have indicators that can be used to evaluate the transformative experiences of schools and check their compatibility with the fundamental transformation document.
For this purpose, by conducting a research and examining and studying the document of fundamental transformation and its foundations, the conceptual model of the school was designed according to the document of fundamental transformation; This conceptual model has stated the main components of a transformed school in the five main axes of school leadership and educational management, school education program, school activists, school environment and expected results from the school, and it has also mentioned the indicators of each component.
In the event, “Al-Fata”, the transformational ideas and experiences of the schools under the same components of the conceptual model of the school as the transformation document are collected and evaluated based on its indicators, and the teachers and schools leading the transformation are introduced.
The in-person event is scheduled to be held from July 18 to 21 at the Mosque of Imam Khomeini (RA) in Tehran. On the same pretext, we held a conversation with Ali Parsania, the minister’s adviser on the implementation of the document on the fundamental transformation of education.
