The system of public monitoring of government employees is launched quarterly

According to the Iran Economist from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Issa Zarepour, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, ordered the head of the Information Technology Organization to launch an online monitoring system for public satisfaction with the staff of the executive apparatus.

In this letter, the Minister of Communications stated that: ‌ Following the order of the President to launch an “online system for monitoring the satisfaction of the people with the employees of the executive organs of the country”, Your Excellency will be given a mission to interact with the Vice President for Employment and Administration Dear President, within three months, design, implement and launch this system. The system should be designed in such a way that each person can refer to any administrative unit across the country, the amount of satisfaction and feedback from the person and the relevant unit to announce online.
