Kazemi also pointed out: “In addition, we are taking many measures to increase the penetration rate of students in the happy field, both by providing tablets and appropriate devices and by creating technological infrastructure in all parts of the country.” Part of the country may not be covered by the national information network, or if it is, it may not be of good quality and speed. For this purpose, we had meetings with the Minister of Communications and they made appropriate promises, and the issue is also on the agenda in the High Council of Cyberspace.

In addition, the design of technical requirements, documentation, and standards related to Learning Management Systems (LMS) should be considered in order to improve services and increase educational effectiveness. Good content has been produced during this period in the field of virtual education, which can be identified and shared to achieve educational justice.

Capability of a happy system for educating Iranians abroad
Ali Bagherzadeh, head of the Ministry of Education’s Coordination Center, said that more than 12 million students are currently members of the Shad system. .

He also pointed out: ‌ If all the requirements and standards in e-learning systems are met, this method will provide only about half of the quality and objectives of face-to-face training. Shad system has been developed in accordance with the emergency conditions of the Corona epidemic and the quality and quantity of educational services in it has been gradually improved, and this system can be used as an official platform for educating Iranians abroad.

A new version of the happy application was unveiled
