What is the souvenir of “Our House” from Qom + pictures

Fars News Agency – Art Group: The eleventh chapter of the documentary “Our House” has aired on Se Sima on Nowruz 1401. Ordinary TV audiences may simply skip this, but it’s doubly important for those who have been in the process of producing a TV or movie or even remotely fired. Given that “durability and stability” are the two missing elements of television productions, the continuation of this series for eight years and the broadcast of 10 seasons – apart from its quality – is admirable in itself.

This season of “Our House”, as in recent seasons, is co-directed by Amin Kafashzadeh and Mehdi Jabineshnashenas, and Ahmad Shafiei is the producer of this documentary. A collection produced in Nobin Studio with the investment of Ouj Media Arts Organization.

In this TV contest, three families in a period of one month and within a certain amount of money, in addition to daily activities and family entertainment, must generate income in the form of a family business. The audience is also witnessing this exciting competition together with the narrator of the contest (Peyman Talebi). The tenth season of this documentary was aired with the competition of three Qazvini families in the winter of 1999, and in the end, the selected family was able to receive 100 times their savings as a prize.

* Colorful tiles from the family life of all of Iran

These three families belong to one of the cities of Iran in each season. In this way, the consistent audience is faced with diverse and colorful content and atmosphere. Despite maintaining a competitive structure and adhering to the generalities of the competition, families meet new challenges in each season in their own way, taking advantage of their culture and lived experience in that region.

This cultural diversity and cross-border character became transnational in the eighth chapter of “Our Home”. In this chapter, which was related to Mashhad families, we witnessed the presence of the family of “Abdul Hakim Wafa”, an Afghan immigrant living in the holy city of Mashhad. Mr. Wafa, who has lived in Iran since the early 1960s, has been working as a presenter and presenter in Mashhad for many years as the host of Radio Dari Radio Sada-e Sima. Presented to TV audiences.

* Both saving and happiness in “Our Home”

Having a good feeling with the family while observing the principle of saving can be considered the martyrdom of “our home”; Where family members are supposed to experience a balanced and attractive combination of tact, contentment, well-being, cooperation and fun. In this space, each member of the family experiences new and sometimes unexpected conditions without distancing himself from daily life and its problems.

Success and failure in the face of these challenges can evoke a sense of empathy in the viewer and create happy moments for him. In this way, a suitable financial and managerial model is presented for the normal life of the Iranian family, which has nothing to do with general and dry moral slogans, and follows every family issue in the heart of reality.

* A visual document of Iranian life in the 90s

Three years ago, after the airing of seven seasons of the documentary “Our Home”, the creators referred to the program in a press conference as a “visual document of the way of life of families in the second half of the 90s.” A document in which, in addition to social relations and family relations, parent-child relations, customs, local food, shopping methods and prices, how to cover and decorate the house, how to host parties, leisure and family trips, home businesses and Faced with financial hardships and the lifestyle of the Iranian middle class in general.

Just as the lifestyle, relationships, and prices of goods and services in the 1960s are appealing to movie and television audiences these days, watching our house two or three decades later can make that audience feel the same way; Especially since this series is not just a play or a documentary, but a combination of a family TV contest and a social documentary.

On the other hand, the spread of corona was a time-consuming phenomenon in the way of life of the Iranian people and of course the world, which also drastically changed the way of life and family relations. Video recording of real life of families in difficult economic times was another advantage of our house, which was done in the ninth season with the presence of the selected ones of the previous seasons. This time, in addition to facing the usual challenges, families also faced and experienced coexistence with an unknown and limiting phenomenon such as corona.

Chapter Eleven; “Our house” souvenir from Qom

The eleventh chapter of “Our House” was produced in this city with the presence of three Qomi families, the father of one of whom is a cleric and a general. This feature can arouse the curiosity of viewers, because the presence of the camera in a city with religious characteristics such as Qom and, of course, the presence of the family of a cleric from this city can add to the appeal of this program. In the last decade, angels have come together through the making of serials and films such as The Curtain, Gold and Copper, and Rosebell, the audience’s familiarity with lesser-known aspects of clergy life has been highlighted at various levels, but because of the aforementioned feature of “Our Home.” Documentary and real format and competitive content, this program can present a different and at the same time attractive image of this group.

The documentary “Our House” has reached relative maturity with the arrival of the eleventh season, and from now on, it must keep itself up to date in order to maintain its audience and attract new viewers. Now, after reviewing the ten chapters, one can largely hope for the initial goal of its creators to record a visual document of the lifestyle of Iranian families in the second half of the 90s.

Of course, it is not possible to reflect all the facts through the lens of the camera frame, and the families in front of the camera are definitely different from the families behind the camera. In fact, the show and competition section of “Our Home” outperforms the documentary section, however, watching it can be fun and sometimes instructive.
