The secretary of the Transparency and Justice Watch Training Commission said: “The ruling of the Administrative Justice Court was that it is both logically clear and according to the regulations set by the Medical and Specialized Education Council, the resources should be changed and updated; Also, the test conducted with these resources is illegal and its results can not be relied on.
He added: It seems that the relevant officials have said that these books are not the main sources and 6 questions come from each of them; Our answer is that if at all a question is asked or not asked, even a page that is against the health of the people and threatens the body and soul of the people, why should it be among our medical resources?
Saying that the Court of Administrative Justice ruled that the sources should be changed but the order was not carried out, Sabti added: “Obviously, they referred the doctors to the Court of Appeals and the Court of Appeals declared that this is against the law and against reason.” The sentence must be carried out, but again the sentence was not carried out.

He added: “Our suggestion is to form a working group as soon as possible and for a compromise to take place. Although the law and reason say that the plaintiffs are right, the implementation of the law and every single legal provision can make it difficult to accept a resident.” In this regard, the head of the Tehran Medical System Organization has stepped forward and I hope that the head of the entire medical system of the country, who has already announced his readiness, will come and speak as a representative of the medical union with the officials and people who came here and take the lead.
