But how can mothers be awake? First of all, they should put aside these grievances and worries about the fact that they have a lot of work and the child sleeps late at night and can not wake up early and try to change the habit. For example, if the child falls asleep late at night, something should be done to make the child fall asleep early at night. It is as if you wake him up earlier in the day, even if the first few days are hard, but after that this habit develops in him.

To create such a habit, after waking the baby up a quarter to half an hour earlier every morning, he goes to bed earlier in the afternoon, then goes to bed earlier in the evening, and finally goes to bed earlier at night.

Many mothers complain that they just prepare their dinner at 9 o’clock at night, so these hours make the baby sleep late, and as a result, the baby goes to bed late at night. It is better to prepare food earlier than the time so that the family goes to bed earlier and the child gets used to falling asleep earlier.

The first few days may be hard for you to wake up early, but the point is, you get used to it early in the morning.

But the second point is to try to wake up a quarter to half an hour earlier than your child every day to get to work, prepare breakfast or do other household chores. Waking up earlier makes your mind cohesive and It brings back freshness to you and becomes a habit.

Another point is that if you have a baby or small child, try to rest his bedtime, not to do other work at that time, and when the baby wakes up, you can not, especially at night, your baby sleeps with your cell phone. Set aside and rest until you wake up in the morning with more energy.

Finally, in order to develop a habit, there are a few things to keep in mind: first, start small and second, remove the obstacles.

For example, if you are accustomed to watching TV in the middle of the night at night, gradually reduce this time, increase your child’s bedtime and yourself from one night or twelve nights to eleven nights in a quarter to a quarter every week. Drink water before going to bed to stay refreshed in the morning. If your pillow or mattress does not fit, fix it and remove obstacles to good sleep.

But the other point is that in order not to push yourself to change your habit, it means that it is difficult to increase yourself from zero to one hundred at once and from eleven in the morning to seven in the morning. Try to get yourself and your child used to changing bedtime over time.

For example, in the first week 9 am, in the second week: 30.8 in the morning, in the third week: 15.8 in the morning, in the fourth week: 8 in the morning.

Another point is to make plans for your mornings, not to wake up early in the morning and be confused about how and where to start things. Determine your plans from the night before and consider the children’s plans as well.
